Hatha Yoga (All Levels)

Hatha refers to the physical practice of yoga. This 60-minute class focuses on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation.

This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, and build strength and flexibility. The studio temperature is usually set to 74 degrees.

Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.

*Each class will typically include centering, pranayama, warm ups, sun salutations, standing postures, balancing, backbends, forward bends, twists, gentle inversions and Savasana.

*No yoga experience required.

Move & Meditate: Morning Edition

Start your mornings with mindfulness and intention! A 30-minute Zoom practice designed to uplift and energize.

This session combines a daily affirmation (inspired by digital detox, self-care, and well-being) with three 10-minute phases: gentle movement, sun salutations, and purposeful meditation. Perfect for busy individuals, it offers a balance of energizing flow and calming mindfulness, leaving you grounded, focused, and ready to tackle the day ahead.

This live streaming class takes place every Mon-Thu at 6:00am Pacific Time.

This is a free or pay-what-you-want class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you do want to leave a "tip" or "buy me a coffee," you can do so with a credit card when you register.

Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be in the confirmation email. All levels are welcome.*

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)

3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.

4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.

5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

6. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

Customize Your Practice: Based on your goals and needs, we'll discuss various yoga styles, techniques, and sequences that align with your interests. We will determine which 1:1 service is the best place to begin

Answer Your Questions: This is your opportunity to ask any questions you might have about private sessions, my teaching approach, and how movement, mindfulness, and digital detox can support your lifestyle.

By the end of our call, you'll have a clear understanding of how private sessions can support your journey towards greater health and wellness.
