Hatha Yoga (All Levels)

Hatha refers to the physical practice of yoga. This 60-minute class focuses on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation.

This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, and build strength and flexibility. The studio temperature is usually set to 74 degrees.

Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.

*Each class will typically include centering, pranayama, warm ups, sun salutations, standing postures, balancing, backbends, forward bends, twists, gentle inversions and Savasana.

*No yoga experience required.
